Executive Recruiters Executive Quest, Inc. to Attend April ARDA World 2014 Convention in Las Vegas, NV
Fort Myers, FL (PRWEB) March 11, 2014 -- Keith W. Trowbridge, Ph.D., Founder and CEO of Executive Quest, Inc., http://www.execq.com, an executive search firm in the timeshare/vacation ownership/fractional industry, will travel with Jim Perkins, Business Partner, and sons Mike Trowbridge and David Trowbridge to the ARDA World 2014 Convention http://www.arda.org/convention in Las Vegas next month. The convention is being held in the Venetian Resort Hotel & Casino April 6-10, 2014. As so well stated in the February issue of Developments magazine by Franz S. Hanning, Chairman, the ARDA convention “is the place to be: a unique opportunity to meet face-to-face with your peers from across the world, expand your network, learn from one another, share best practices, forge new business relationships, and celebrate successes.”
Keith Trowbridge has always been instrumental in moving the timeshare/vacation ownership/fractional industry forward. Known as the “father of timeshare” in North America with the development of the first purpose-built timeshare resort in the United States in 1974, Trowbridge retired after 22 years in timeshare development but gradually slipped into the executive headhunting business for the industry, now with clients worldwide. Trowbridge has served as president of the Resort Timesharing Council, a forerunner to ARDA.
“My two sons followed me into the business, each now with their own companies,” mused Trowbridge, “and I look forward to sharing this grand event with them.” Mike Trowbridge is Managing Director of Get Up & Go! Travel, Inc. (incentive premiums) http://www.getupandgo.com out of the Orlando, FL area. David Trowbridge is President of Resort Inventory Group (rental inventory) http://www.resortinventory.com, in Naples, FL.
“We are looking forward to connecting with as many timeshare professionals as we can,” Trowbridge commented. Hiring through a professional executive recruiter, he explained, can make all the difference in the world from just filling a job opening to enhancing the management team with the right, experienced, motivated individual. Whereas experience was the prior prerequisite for employment, the range and depth of experience is now the measuring stick for most employers. “Hire right,” said Trowbridge. “It’s simple - hire people with enthusiasm and a good head on their shoulders. Then get out of the way and let them perform.” Watch for us at the convention.
Trowbridge writes a free monthly on-line newsletter with a subscription of better than 27,000 timeshare industry professionals that includes a calendar of upcoming industry conferences and events along with other timely industry articles.
