Indiana is newest state for North American Title Co. expansion
Chicago, Ill. (PRWEB) March 10, 2014 -- North American Title Co. has expanded into the state of Indiana, with an office now open in Merrillville, a town in far northwest Indiana at the intersection of Interstate 65 and U.S. Route 30.
“In the process of growing the North American Title brand, we have been looking to open offices in a new state,” said Michael Montalvo, division president, North American Title Co. “Indiana is a perfect fit. The close proximity to our Illinois offices will make it much easier to support and grow this new market.
“We envision great success and are looking to expand by one or two additional offices in Indiana by the end of 2014,” added Montalvo. “This experience has only generated a thirst to grow into other states to further expand North American Title Company’s footprint.”
Montalvo said it had been a two-year search to find the right sales professional to open the office and grow the Indiana market. The new northwest Indiana sales manager is Celeste Zajac, who has an impressive background in the real estate, mortgage and title insurance industries. She worked as a successful real estate agent for more than 10 years before taking a position as manager of transaction management software and the 24/7 processing division for a large national title company, where she also held a position as a sales representative.
“I’m proud to be able to provide these services from North American Title for the first time in Indiana,” said Zajac.
Zajac was voted Affiliate of the Year by the Greater Northwest Indiana Association of Realtors® (GNIAR) in 2009 and was recently elected to the GNIAR board of directors. She has served on the Indiana Mortgage Bankers board of directors since 2009 and also has held a board position for the Indiana Mortgage Brokers Association. Zajac also founded the Northwest Indiana Housing Alliance and is active with other area charities.
