Synergy Hospitality's Valley Forge Hotels Double Their Pride
Valley Forge, PA (PRWEB) March 08, 2014 -- Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites Valley Forge, two of Synergy Hospitality’s portfolio of managed hotels received Connie Pride of Merit Awards. The award places the hotels (located at 500 Cresson Boulevard Phoenixville, PA and 681 Shannondell Boulevard Audubon, PA respectively) as one of their individual brand’s top properties in terms of both service and customer loyalty.
The Connie Pride of Merit Award is a Hilton Honor bestowed on top ranked hotels within the entire brand for achieving outstanding performance in all measured benchmarks of service and loyalty. The Hilton Garden Inn Valley Forge, which opened in October 2012, was ranked second out of all 585 hotels worldwide for outstanding performance in 2013. For Homewood Suites, the award is the 19th in a series of awards presented by the brand since its opening in 2005. In recognition of their fine achievements, the properties have received trophies and their teams will be feted among other award winners in Orlando.
Synergy Hospitality CEO Stephen Field is not surprised. “In an industry dominated by a singular focus on short-term profitability, Synergy Hospitality believes that the long-term profitability of a hotel is a natural consequence of a positive hotel culture. We live and work by a set of common values that permeate our entire company. As such, our guests know they can count on us to make their stay more comfortable and enjoyable."
While all Synergy hotel team members share core values in terms of the guest experience, each hotel has its own character. Guests of Hilton Garden Inn Valley Forge enjoy the brand’s signature Garden Sleep System featuring the Serta Perfect Sleeper Pillow Top mattress, Keurig coffee maker, complimentary Wi-Fi, a 24-hours business center, state-of-the-art Precor fitness center, over 4,000 sqft of flexible event space, and the Garden Grille and Bar, a full-service restaurant and bar offering full cooked-to-bar breakfast, dinner, cocktails and evening room service. Jordan Brelo, General Manager at Hilton Garden Inn, Valley Forge added, "We strive to offer an unforgettable experience by allowing each guest who walks through our doors to become part of the Garden's story."
Homewood Suites Valley Forge offers travelers amenities and services that maximize their travel budget and help make life on the road more about life and less about the road. “We are honored to be recognized by the brand in the midst of such a competitive business climate,” Sean Fox, General Manager at Homewood Suites Valley Forge, noted when told about the award.
All Homewood Suites guests enjoy spacious suites boasting fully equipped kitchens, separate sleeping and living spaces, as well as complimentary internet, daily full-hot breakfast, evening dinner and drinks Monday-Thursday and grocery shopping service.
