Edison Ventures announces a $6 million investment in New York City-based Knowledge Delivery Systems (KDS). Edison led the financing alongside existing investors. The proceeds will be used to accelerate sales & marketing, expand the management team, increase product development and build out the company’s digital content offering.

The company's on-line platform, coupled with best-in-class content, coaching and services, dramatically improves teacher know-how, effectiveness in the classroom and student results.
