Century Interactive Receives 2014 Automotive Website Award for Phone Tracking and Training
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) March 10, 2014 -- The biggest opportunity for dealers to immediately increase revenue is through phone performance, so it’s no surprise that Century Interactive was awarded this year’s Automotive Website Award for Phone Tracking and Training.
Our numbers showed a whopping 40 percent of calls to car dealerships are left stranded, with callers unable to reach someone that can help them. When a sales call does reach an agent, agents are generally asking for the appointment only half of the time. If only there was a solution out there that could help solve dealers issues on the phone!
Enter Car Wars, a platform that helps dealers identify the marketing channels that are driving their best sales calls and develop their skills to handle those calls more effectively. Car Wars isn’t like other call tracking platforms, though. Dealers get hooked on the competitive, scoreboard nature of the solution that pits them in head-to-head battles against other top performing dealerships. The competitive aspect keeps sales agents engaged in scoreboard battles with each other, and keeps the whole staff focused on weekly dealership matchups.
While our powerful reports show dealers the marketing sources driving their best sales calls, human call categorization, feedback loops, and call coaching make agents better on the phone to convert more of the calls they’re already getting. We make Car Wars even more effective by making sure that the data shows wherever dealers need it—be it in email inboxes or CRMs.
Our Car Wars team did a study of more than 500,000 phone calls to automotive dealerships of varying size, location, and manufacturer. We found the implementation of Car Wars resulted in 41 percent more calls connected to a qualified agent, a 51 percent increase in connected outbound sales calls, and a 28 percent increase in sales agents requesting an appointment from a caller. Ultimately, dealers booked 22 percent more firm appointments after just six weeks on Car Wars.
“We’re having a lot of fun helping dealers Own the Phone. We truly think that what happens on the phone will define dealerships [and every other business!] in years to come.” --Mike Haeg, Director of Automotive Business Development at Century Interactive
For that reason, we were so excited to see Century Interactive nominated for, and walk away with the Automotive Website Award 2014 for Phone Tracking and Training at this year’s NADA conference in New Orleans. We see it as an honor to be recognized by the AWA and proud to put this award on our mantel.
