Bass, Berry & Sims’ new tagline, “Centered to Deliver,” was developed to communicate the firm’s top priority: its client-centered approach to delivering legal services to its clients worldwide.

Among the new and intentionally client-centric features is an enhanced client extranet called “BBSConnect.” “Importantly, our client extranet sites were upgraded to a new software platform at the same time as the website redesign,” stated Craig E. Bingham, Director of Technology. “These allow clients and Bass, Berry & Sims team members to have 24-hour access to case and transaction information, which makes document management more efficient and facilitates communication and collaboration between our attorneys and clients.”

The firm was fortunate to work with both national and local creative professionals on the strategic branding and website initiatives including Greenfield/Belser Ltd., an interactive brand design agency specializing in professional services, particularly the legal market, based in Washington, D.C.; Delevante Creative, a full-service creative shop that specializes in all disciplines of advertising and design, based in Nashville, Tenn.; and, One North Interactive, an agency dedicated to serving the creative, strategic and technological needs of complex, relationship-based organizations, based in Chicago, Ill.
