"Without Assemble, identifying the scope differences and quantifying their cost impacts took days or even weeks, now it takes just minutes,” said Kevin Bromenshenk, BIM Manager, Flintco.

Houston, TX (PRWEB) March 10, 2014

Assemble Systems, the leading provider of cloud-based Building Information Management solutions, announced that Flintco is using Assemble for the construction of the McLane Stadium and the Paul L. Foster Campus for Business and Innovation at Baylor University.

Flintco, in collaboration with Austin Commercial (Austin-Flintco), is working on the construction of the McLane Stadium at Baylor University. Based in Waco, Texas, Baylor University is a private university and a nationally ranked research institution. It provides a vibrant campus community for more than 15,000 students and has won a combined 50 Big 12 Conference championships in the league's 17-year history. The McLane stadium, scheduled to open in Fall 2014, will seat a capacity crowd of 45,000, with a future expansion plan to accommodate 55,000.

“Assemble provides us with immediate insight into design changes, which enables us to respond faster to the process of the change. Without Assemble, identifying the scope differences and quantifying their cost impacts took days or even weeks, now it takes just minutes,” said Kevin Bromenshenk, BIM Manager, Flintco.

Flintco and its design architect have used Assemble extensively on a weekly basis through the design for Baylor University’s Paul L. Foster Campus for Business and Innovation, a 275,000 square foot new construction project. The architectural design features a highly sustainable business environment.

“It is wonderful to see the incredible value that Flintco and Baylor University are getting by leveraging the Assemble platform for collaboration, instant data access, and change management,” said Howard Davis, CEO, Assemble Systems.
