"Leading Edge" Host Jimmy Johnson Tackles The Issue Of Social Security: Where It Stands And Where It Is Headed
(PRWEB) March 11, 2014 -- With more than 6,500 citizens turning 65 every 24 hours, the greying of America is one of today's most significant cultural and economic issues. More than 50 percent of those eligible for social security have no other source of income for retirement and less than $10,000 in retirement savings. While long considered the "third rail" of American politics -- touch it and die -- it is an issue now considered a priority needing attention.
"Leading Edge", with host Jimmy Johnson, is known for educational interviews and reporting on topics of current and relevant cultural significance. In this segment the program will present information gathered from leading experts on social security, politicians dealing with the issue, and recognized economists. This segment will also provide valuable insights for anyone interested in the status and future of the nation's social security system.
