"the exciting part of this program is that the student retains the knowledge from the apprentice program for the rest of his life. I teach students how to make money, and nobody can ever take that knowledge away"

A student in the American-REIA apprentice program just closed his first deal. The student had no previous real estate investing experience and his profit was $15,000.
The American Real Estate Investors Academy is an educational platform for real estate investors who wish to either start or advance their real estate investing career. Real estate investing has made more millionaires than any other investment category in American history. The appeal of real estate goes beyond the potential for large financial reward. Real estate investors see property as a gateway to freedom. It does not take a large real estate empire to replace the income from a job. The real beauty of investing in real estate is that investing is truly an equal opportunity employer. Individuals who take the time to learn the craft of investing can make money in any market, no matter what color, gender, or ethnicity they are. A person with an advanced degree is no more likely to succeed than a high school dropout. There are only two factors which lead to investing success. The two key factors in successful real estate investing are education and effort. The American Real Estate Investors Academy is dedicated to providing access to the education.
The apprentice program was designed to help novice investors by matching them with a successful real estate investor with a proven track record of mentoring students. A student is literally apprenticed to a seasoned investor for a period of six months or longer. This program was created to mimic the master craftsman model that has supported the building trades as far back as the Middle Ages. In this model the apprentice learns from interaction with a Master Real Estate Educator who has years of experience making money with property.
The student in this story has asked that his name not be released in public and the administrators of the American REIA apprentice program has agreed to this request. He is a forty year old man with a wife and five children. The student in this case is a union carpenter, although he isn’t expected to keep that job much longer. He had no previous real estate experience prior to becoming an apprentice. He has been in the program for five weeks when this deal came together.
A key element of this program is that it is 100% customizable. The student is matched with an instructor who can teach what the student wishes to learn. In this case, the student wanted to learn how to buy houses with no money and without risking his credit. That is exactly what he was taught to do. Josh Caldwell of the Pittsburgh REIA was the Master Educator in this example. According to Josh “the exciting part of this program is that the student retains the knowledge from the apprentice program for the rest of his life. I teach students how to make money, and nobody can ever take that knowledge away from them. It is theirs for years after the formal education is over. It’s all about teaching a man how to fish, he can feed himself forever.”
