Leadership reorganization elevates Bill Adams to CEO and Betsy Leatherman joins Full Circle Group as president

Full Circle Group/ The Leadership Circle announce a major reorganizing of its leadership. W. A. (Bill) Adams has been appointed chief executive officer and Betsy Leatherman president, succeeding founder Robert Anderson who becomes chairman and chief development officer. Ms. Leatherman and Mr. Adams, a founding partner in Full Circle Group/The Leadership Circle, will be jointly responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations.

Mr. Adams has over 30 years of experience working with senior level executives to lead large-scale business and cultural transformation within their organizations. In addition he has founded, run and sold multiple businesses and written several pieces on the topic, including co-authoring the book, The Whole Systems Approach: Involving everyone in the company to run and transform your business. Ms. Leatherman led the Employee and Consulting Practice at Carlson Marketing Group and most recently co-founded RAZR Marketing. Her educational background is Psychology and Behavior Neuroscience, and her work has been focused on engaging employees in organizational change to serve customers and the brand. Betsy and Bill both have the experience of building and running businesses as well as providing consultation for others.
