Two of CSG Government Solutions’ leading child support experts recently participated in the 2014 National Child Support Enforcement Association (NCSEA) Policy Forum held February 6 - 8, in Washington, D.C.
Kelly Peiper, a Principal in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice, facilitated an interactive discussion on policy issues facing the IV-D program, which included a pro/con debate on key pressing issues. Ms. Peiper is a current member of the NCSEA Board of Directors, and serves as the co-chair for the Policy and Government Relations Committee. She has over 20 years of experience with state child support enforcement and healthcare and human services programs.
Joe Mamlin, also a Principal in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice, moderated a session on the intricacies of child support guidelines and how they can be improved. Mr. Mamlin is a member of the NCSEA Board of Directors, and Honorary Life Member of the association. He is active on the Finance Committee, and served on the Policy Forum planning committee.
