CSUSM Extended Learning Hosts Education Fair on Temecula Campus
San Marcos, CA (PRWEB) March 12, 2014 -- Extended Learning at California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) will host an Education Fair for students interested in classes at the Temecula campus on Saturday, March 22, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Prospective students can find out more about the degrees and certificates offered by CSUSM at the Temecula campus, talk to academic and financial aid advisors, and even sit in on sample classes.
Instructors and professors from several CSUSM colleges and academic departments will host brief 10 to 15-minute sample classes during the fair, allowing future students to get a better sense of what CSUSM has to offer in Temecula.
“The Education Fair offers a great chance for learners in the Temecula Valley and southwest Riverside area to discover more about what CSUSM offers at the Temecula campus,” says Mike Schroder, Dean of Extended Learning at CSUSM. “The sample classes will give students an idea of what they can expect in the classroom, and they can also meet with advisors in a relaxed, fun environment. It’s a great opportunity for prospective students to learn about training that will help them land a job, further their careers, or simply broaden their educations.”
The Education Fair will be held on the CSUSM Temecula campus at 43890 Margarita Road in Temecula. There are no charges for attendance or parking, and there will also be giveaways from radio station partners K-FROG 92.9 and 99.1 KGGI.
