Shoppers' Critique International, a mystery shopping company based in Longwood, FL, has recently partnered with FFEA to initiate a discounted mystery shopping program, specifically meant for clients hosting special events. Participants in this program will have access to anonymous mystery shoppers who will evaluate companies based on customer service and staff friendliness at specific events. The findings will be reported back to the host company. Duties will include making sure employees and volunteers uphold customer service directives put in place by ownership and management. Participants will receive an analytic report, based on the information collected, using Shoppers' Critique's proprietary database, ShopMAX. Prices for evaluations depend on whether the specific event is ticketed or not.
Ticketed Events - Program Pricing
Up to four tickets can be reimbursed for each event. This reimbursement can also extend to the costs of attending the event, not to exceed the amount set by the hosting venue. Costs can include parking, taxes and tips.

Reimbursement describes any costs associated with attending the event, not exceeding the amount set by the hosting venue. Costs can include parking, taxes and tips.
