Tom has significant experience in designing and implementing some of the world’s most sophisticated implementations of big data and analytics. He is a thought leader and is frequently quoted in the industry press and publications in the areas of CRM strategy, database marketing, business intelligence, strategic use of analytics and customer insight, and more.
