The Network of Executive Women’s NY Metro Chapter To Host a Panel Discussion on the Importance of Personal Branding at Work
Jersey City, NJ (PRWEB) March 12, 2014 -- The New York Metro Chapter of NEW will host their Spring Education Event: A “Brand” New You – Leadership Lessons for Creating Your Best Self at Work on Wednesday, April 2, from 5:00 – 8:00 PM, at the Liberty House Restaurant in Jersey City, NJ.
The panelists include Kathleen Russello, Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Ahold USA, Julie Krueger, Retail Industry Director for Google and Toby Johnson, Senior Director of Sales for PepsiCo. Cathy Sutherland, EVP and Search Consultant for Kensington International, a Career Partners International firm, and an officer of the NEW NY Metro Chicago Region will moderate the event.
“Personal branding at work has never been more critical. Succession planning and traditional ways of being recognized and having career advancement opportunities is not what it used to be. Professionals must take ownership of their brand to be considered for leadership opportunities,” stated Cathy Sutherland. “We are so privileged to have these three leaders in the Consumer and Retail industry to talk about how their own personal branding ownership has helped to advance them to the positions they are in today.”
