First-of-its-kind Report Will Provide the State of the Loyalty Marketing Industry

Loyalty360, the marketing industry’s most respected voice in customer loyalty, is set to unveil a first-of-its-kind report, “Loyalty Landscape: The State of the Industry”, at the 7th Annual Loyalty Expo, presented by Loyalty360 – The Loyalty Marketer’s Association. The event will be held March 17-19, 2014, at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida.

The “Loyalty Landscape” report is a data-driven, confidential assessment of customer loyalty that industry insiders claim is long overdue. The report is based on confidential data shared by some of the top brands and loyalty marketers representing companies of all sizes across a wide swath of industries. The data has been analyzed and compared with entry data submitted by more than 60 brands competing in the inaugural Loyalty360 awards.

“Just like other forms of marketing, the state of loyalty marketing is incredibly dynamic and in constant flux,” said Loyalty360 CEO Mark Johnson. “What we are delivering in Orlando next week is a comprehensive, accurate snapshot of what brands are facing in an effort to use big data in an effective, tech-savvy way in order to cultivate loyal customers.”

The report will be first available to attendees at the 2014 Loyalty Expo. The event will also include a special luncheon for Loyalty360 Award winners. Contestants in the inaugural Loyalty360 Awards were among those brands that provided critical data for the Loyalty Landscape.

“It’s really exciting to see these two Loyalty360 productions—the Loyalty Landscape and the Loyalty360 Awards—being presented at the same event,” Johnson said. “This report and these awards are two things our members, who represent some of the best-known brands out there, have been asking us to provide for quite some time.”
