Robin Schimminger, and members of the Chamber of Commerce will be on hand for the official ribbon-cutting to celebrate PI Craft and National Pi Day at 10:30 a.m. Pi Craft opened for business on Nov. 11, 2013.
“PI Craft is starting a new Buffalo tradition,” added Singer. “On Cinco de Mayo you go to a Mexican restaurant, on St. Patrick's Day you go to an Irish pub. Now on March 14, make sure you come to PI Craft.”
PI Craft’s flagship store is able to make their hand-crafted pizzas using a state of the art conveyor brick oven in about six minutes. Choose one of their signature pizzas or create your own, no matter the toppings it is all for only $8.50 a pizza. The restaurant features artisanal customizable pizzas and Foccacia-wiches (hand crafted sandwiches on fresh made focaccia bread), as well as chopped salads.
PI Craft creates food that focuses on using the best ingredients from sustainable sources, whenever possible: selections with no growth hormones, pesticides, pre-packaged, or frozen food and serving them with the classic Italian style with a new American twist.
