By placing your name on the TeamSalamone car, you will be sending a check directly to the Sisters of St. Francis in Dubuque, Iowa
Long Island, NY (PRWEB) March 12, 2014
The law firm of Bryan L. Salamone & Associates, P.C. announces its participation in the Gold Rush Rally and their fundraising campaign for their charity the Sisters of St. Francis. The charity is committed to ending human trafficking in Zambia, Africa and improving its citizens’ quality of life. The Gold Rush Rally, held from May 31 to June 7, 2014, goes to the cities of Park City, Utah; Denver, Colorado; Chicago, Illinois; Cleveland, Ohio; Washington D.C.; and New York City.
TeamSalamone will be the first rally team to have completed all three major US rallies upon entering and completing the Gold Rush rally of 2014. They will be driving a 2014 LP 700 Lamborghini Aventador. The Lamborghini Aventador is the flagship of the Lamborghini line and the Roadster is their newest version. It will be driven by TeamSalamone from Las Vegas to New York and will be displaying the signature “TeamSalamone chrome design”.
On the car itself, TeamSalamone is offering spots for people to place their names or business information for charity. These names will be on gold bars incorporated into the car’s design wherein people can place their name for $100.00. For $250.00, they can obtain two lines in a premiere location on the car. One hundred percent of proceeds will go to charity.
The Sisters of St. Francis helping the “Daughters of the Redeemer” in Lusaka, Zambia. In Zambia, the charity provides water, schools and safe passage for children. This area is plagued with problems of human trafficking. Mr. Salamone’s aunt, Sister Margie Hosch, is located in that region and will be supervising the charity.
“Our current mission is to build boarding for girls who cannot safely walk to school,” said Sister Margie. “These girls are captured and used for sex trafficking, and sent to places all over the world. The statistics are grim — once girls are captured, they are only expected to live three more years because they are killed or commit suicide.”
She is hands-on in assisting the children living in the bush, who are able to eat only one meal per day. On several occasions, half of one family eats one day and the other half eats the next day. Some children are sold for trafficking, while others are being taken on their way to school, church and to locations of fresh water and food. It is important that the Sisters of St. Francis be there, on site, helping the Daughters of the Redeemer in Lusaka, Zambia to prevent these outrages. To date, they have built wells and schools. They are now seeking to build appropriate housing in a safe area, away from human traffickers and predation.
Said Bryan Salamone, “By placing your name on the TeamSalamone car, you will be sending a check directly to the Sisters of St. Francis in Dubuque, Iowa.” That check goes directly to the Daughters of the Redeemers. Mr. Salamone’s aunt, Sister Margie Hosch, will make sure that the donations do not go to waste.
