The most innovative contact center solutions and executives will be recognized at the 15th Annual Call Center Week (June 9-13, 2014, Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, NV). Applications will be reviewed by the Call Center Week Awards Committee. Applications are due April 11, 2014 and finalists will be announced the last week in May. Winners will be announced during the Awards Ceremony Luncheon on day 3 of the conference at 12:30pm. Finalists must be a registered attendee at Call Center Week.
