Easyspace offers new Domain Names on 25th anniversary of World Wide Web
Glasgow, United Kingdom (PRWEB UK) 12 March 2014 -- On the day that the World Wide Web celebrates its 25th anniversary ICANN accredited UK domain name provider Easyspace has issued a further set of generic Top-Level Domains (gTLDs) to help businesses and individuals identify themselves online.
.limo and .cab are new domain extensions that have been created to help those operating in the passenger transport sector to enhance their search rankings and promote them on the web. Both domains are aimed at chauffeurs, cab drivers, and limousine and private hire companies and have entered General Availability today.
Sarah Haran, Managing Director of Easyspace, said: “There are now more than 265 million domain names registered around the world and it’s these personal web addresses that help us all market, advertise and sell our services in the digital age. The decision to bring out these new gTLDs gives you the opportunity to identify yourself even more closely with what you do and that has to be a good thing to create buzz for your business or your blog online.”
As well as .cab and .limo, three other gTLDs, .domains, .tattoo and .sexy have also entered General Availability today and can be purchased on a first come first served basis.
