Obtaining ISO 20000 certification further confirms NuAxis’ commitment to providing world-class IT services to our growing list of customers.

NuAxis Innovations, a leading provider of professional services and IT solutions for public sector and commercial enterprises, today announced that its IT management system has been certified as complying with the requirements of ISO/IEC 20000: 2011.

The ISO certification assures that NuAxis has demonstrated a high-degree of quality in its IT processes. ISO/IEC 20000 was released in 2005 based on the IT infrastructure library (ITIL®) best practice framework, and updated in 2011. The certification defines the requirements for a service management system. Its scope includes general requirements for a service management system and related processes. NuAxis is the 65th company in the United States to receive certification.

NuAxis has been providing IT services over the past decade to Federal Government agencies such as Department of the Interior. Some of these services are:

  •     Microsoft Infrastructure Solutions (Active Directory, SCCM)
