Mangos Wins Best of Television at 2014 Philadelphia ADDY Awards
Malvern, PA (PRWEB) March 17, 2014 -- Mangos, a full-service Philadelphia advertising agency, was recently honored with nine ADDY Awards, including Best of Television, as well as four Louix Awards from The Art Directors’ Club of Philadelphia. The winning work for healthcare and eyewear clients spans a variety of media, including television, radio, billboards and point-of-sale posters.
Winning Best of Television and a Gold at this year’s Philadelphia ADDY Awards was Mangos’ TV campaign for Children’s Hospital at Lehigh Valley Hospital. The campaign, “Through a Child’s Eyes” includes two 30-second TV spots showing the hospital from a child’s perspective. This unique approach communicates that the hospital not only knows how to treat the most serious diseases, but that they also know to treat kids. To see the work, click here.
In addition to the two wins for TV, the Children’s Hospital radio campaign was recognized with one Gold and two Silver ADDYs. The six radio spots take a similar approach to that of the TV, juxtaposing the hospital’s technology and high level of care with children’s perspectives.
Four Silver ADDYs were received for Mangos’ point-of-sale poster series for Liberty Sport, a manufacturer of high-performance eyewear.
Mangos also received four Golds in the recent Art Directors’ Club of Philadelphia Louix Awards. The winning work included Children’s Hospital TV, radio and billboards, and the agency’s Urology TV spot for Lehigh Valley Health Network.
