Eugene, OR (PRWEB) March 13, 2014 -- Core Campus develops student housing that college students want to live in, and Core’s next project is scheduled to open August 2015 in Eugene, OR. Hub at Eugene will be a 512-bed, 183-unit student housing property in the heart of Eugene. Hub at Eugene is owned and managed by Core Campus, a Chicago-based developer that specializes in providing top-end student accommodations around the country.
Students attending the University of Oregon will be able to live the luxury lifestyle just steps from campus. Each unit will be fully furnished with custom designed furniture, a 42-inch flat screen TV, full sized washer and dryers, custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets with built-in shelving, and private terraces with breathtaking views. Students will also have their own private, individually keyed bedroom with a private bathroom.
Hub offers a wide selection of floor plans that cater to any University of Oregon student’s need. Floor plans include everything from built-in sound systems to body spray showers, and units that have private hot tubs on their terrace. Hub will also have scholarly floors with extended quiet hours and controlled access for tenets and guests.
Hub at Eugene will not only have luxury apartments, but unparalleled amenities that make students feel like they’re in a resort.
