New England Food Show Opens This Sunday at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center
Portland, ME (PRWEB) March 14, 2014 -- The New England Food Show 2014 opens this Sunday, March 16 at 10:00 a.m. at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center in Boston, MA, and continues through Tuesday, March 18 at 3:00 p.m. The annual event is the region's largest and most attended trade show for retail food and foodservice buyers and professionals. The show is produced by Maine-based Diversified Communications and is sponsored by the Massachusetts Restaurant Association, and other regional retail, specialty and hospitality groups offer support in programs and promotions. The event takes place alongside Seafood Expo North America, the nation’s largest seafood and seafood processing trade show, also produced by Diversified Communications.
This 3-day event is filled with 350+ exhibiting companies, education sessions, culinary demonstrations, new products and new ideas intended to inspire buyers and industry professionals. Attendees of the 3-day show can attend for one, two or, three days; sample products on the exhibit floor; test equipment; attend demonstrations and education; and more.
New for 2014, attendees can access a guide of show specials and new products featured by participating exhibitors on their mobile device. This new guide is designed for use while exploring the exhibit hall.

Buyers can register to attend before the show at a discount price of $20 or $30 or at the show for $60. Online registration (http://www.nefs-expo.com) will remain open throughout the event to assist attendees in easy badge pick up and getting into the show quickly upon arrival. Buyers can elect to add attendance to the Seafood Expo North America during their registration for the New England Food Show. Buyers and exhibitors are encouraged to plan ahead for parking.
