Micross Components Consolidates Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing Service Facilities
Hatfield, PA (PRWEB) March 14, 2014 -- Micross Components, a global provider of specialty electronic components with a 35 year history in providing authentic, high-reliability products, will expand its Hatfield, PA and Clearwater, FL facilities with operations from its Tempe, AZ plant (formerly Premier Semiconductor Services).
After extensive analysis, Micross concluded that it can provide more effective service and value to its customers through consolidating its primary back-end semiconductor processing services into one centralized location, which will be in Hatfield, PA. Micross Hatfield has long been a market leader in wet processes, such as BGA strip and reballing and robotic solder exchange, in addition to lead trim & form and our proprietary lead attach processes. With the integration of capabilities from the Tempe site, Hatfield will become one of the premier centers for device post-assembly reprocessing in North America.
Concurrently, Tempe’s Counterfeit Testing and DNA Marking services will be relocated to Micross Clearwater (formerly a Premier facility) under the supervision of Anthony Mestre, Clearwater Site Manager.
