Inman, a 23-year corporate veteran, including 13 as an association management executive, will lead PCM in all aspects of operations, including executive team management, strategic planning and leadership development.
“Karen has developed an impressive set of leadership development, financial management and client retention skills that will help ensure PCM’s continued success,” said PCM’s CEO Donny Disbro. “Additionally, she understands how to leverage state-of-the-art IT solutions in ways that maximize operational efficiencies and enhance our customers’ experience.”

Prior to joining PCM, Inman served in leadership roles for a number of companies, developing projects and scopes of work that elevated organizational capabilities. She also served eight years at Flour Daniel, Inc. in Aliso Viejo, California, a world-class engineering and construction company, managing telecom construction and strategic software projects.

A resident of Ladera Ranch, California, Inman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach and a second B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Redlands.
