LETTS is a not-for-profit industry-supportive initiative that is designed to serve the entire Live Entertainment ticketing sector. LETTS’ main resource will be its web site, which offers free discussion papers, online forums, a daily industry news feed and a weekly industry news review. Future plans are to produce a series of workshops, and the development and promotion of a series of common industry standards. LETTS will also be presenting an Annual Conference, called LETTS meet, to extend and support these services.
LETTS’ first Annual Conference will be held at the Emirates Stadium, home to Arsenal F.C. in North London, on Tuesday 13 and Wednesday 14 May 2014. LETTS meet ‘14 will offer four intensive Seminars covering: Marketing and Promotion, Pricing and Analytics, Distribution and Fulfilment, and Future Developments. These Seminars will consist of live demonstrations, live case studies, key note presentations and panel discussions.
LETTS meet ’14 will also offer a large Exhibition Hall where Delegates will be able to receive one to one demonstrations of some of the latest ticketing technologies and services, and there will be extensive networking opportunities throughout the conference programme. About LETTS: The Live Entertainment Ticketing Technology Symposium Ltd., or LETTS for short, was founded, and is managed, by a group of independent ticketing industry service and system suppliers. LETTS is a commercial company limited by guarantee, which operates on a not-for-profit basis, so that any excess funds are spent on initiatives that benefit the Live Entertainment ticketing industry.

LETTS’ Founder Members are based in the UK and Ireland, but applications, interest, support and engagement is encouraged and welcomed from all industry sectors in all territories.
