Avēsis, a national vision, dental and hearing care program administrator (http://www.avesis.com/) today announced that the State of Arizona has selected it to serve as the state’s vision care program. Avēsis will deliver these essential healthcare services to the nearly 85,000 eligible active State and university employees, retirees, COBRA members and their eligible dependents.
The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA), issued an extensive Request for Proposal (RFP) for vision care services on December 5, 2013. On February 28th the State made its determination and recommendation that will allow Avēsis to administer the vision care benefits plan.
