OneLogin, the innovator in enterprise identity management, today announced that it has added four new hires to its leadership team in support of the company’s ongoing rapid pace of growth. OneLogin realized a 400 percent increase in its customer base in 2013 over the previous year, broadened its extensive partner network and continues to drive product advances that increase the security of cloud-based single sign-on (SSO) identity management. The new hires, which include executives with previous experience at successful Silicon Valley companies such as Box, Moka5, BEA Systems and Softchoice, will lead OneLogin’s sales, business development, marketing and customer success organizations:
Jerry Clarno, Vice President, Sales: Clarno is leading OneLogin’s worldwide sales efforts, and has previously built highly productive sales teams at some of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley. Most recently, Clarno headed up the initial sales team at Box, and was instrumental in helping the company realize over $50 million in sales, and historic momentum in the enterprise cloud software market. He also founded and expanded the SMB sales organization at SuccessFactors, an initiative central to the company’s successful IPO, and additionally managed rapid sales growth at Fatbrain.com
- Josh Greene, Vice President, Business Development: Greene is responsible for building, developing and accelerating the role and revenue impact of Channels, Strategic Alliances and ecosystem relationships for OneLogin. In his most recent role, he was responsible for Business Development and Marketing for Softchoice Corporation — a $1 billion+ IT solution provider. He also previously managed the Inside Sales Organization at Softchoice and U.S. West field sales, where he was responsible for $300 million in annual revenue.
- Rani Hublou, Chief Marketing Officer: As head of marketing at OneLogin, Hublou is responsible for accelerating revenue through conversations with the company’s prospects, customers and partners through demand generation and field enablement. A serial entrepreneur, Rani has successfully driven category leadership and accelerated revenues for a number of technology companies including BEA Systems/Oracle, SAP, VMware, and IBM as well many new category creators such as PSS Systems, BroadVision, Icarian, Arcsight and Ventro. Rani holds both a Bachelor and Masters in Engineering from Stanford University. Consulting experience includes tenure at both McKinsey & Co and Accenture.
- Jason Hollander, Vice President, Customer Success: Hollander is responsible for driving OneLogin’s end-to-end customer experience strategy, including pre-sales, services and customer support. Most recently, he served as vice president of Customer Success at Moka5, where he aligned the company’s global presales, professional services and support strategy tightly with the real-world requirements of customers. Hollander also previously served as global director of Technical Sales at Progress Software and led RSA Security’s Identity and Access Management technical team.
