CMC Markets named in ‘top three’ providers by overall customer satisfaction.

CMC Markets has been awarded ‘best platform features’, and received the highest satisfaction rating for ‘range of currency pairs’ and ‘margin requirements’ in the key findings of the Investment Trends December 2013 Australia Foreign Exchange Report.

Matthew Lewis, head of CMC Markets ANZ said, "We have been at the forefront of FX trading for over twenty years."

"CMC Markets consistently deliver to the needs of FX traders by offering the best platform features, cutting edge automated execution, precision pricing and cash rebates with the industry’s most competitive margins and spreads."

Lewis says the new report shows that CMC Markets is well positioned for future growth and its investment in the Next Generation platform and customer service is showing tangible results.

"CMC Markets is featured 14 times within the top three provider’s satisfaction categories, highlighting that active traders really can have it all when they choose to trade with us," says Lewis.

In addition to receiving the accolades for platform features, range of currency pairs and margin requirements, the new findings also show that an easy to use platform, charting tools and customer service remain the most common drivers of FX provider selection, and CMC Markets was within the top three industry providers for all these attributes.
