The Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites announces a new culinary event taking place lakeside in the lobby every Sunday, an addition to its food line up called "An Urban Food Experience."
Guests will experience exceptional food selections under the direction of Executive Chef Jose Velasquez, starring charred New York Strip loin, carved to order; line caught fresh local fish; Pacific shellfish; an open market kitchen for made to order eggs and omelets; fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables from Kenter Farms; and the “Arte de Chocolate indulgences” dessert bar.
Four interesting local and domestic sparkling wines and champagnes will be selected each week for guest enjoyment.
The weekly food and champagne event is available every Sunday from 10:30 am until 2:30 pm featuring unplugged sounds by Esteban.
“The Urban Food Experience adds a new dimension to our quality food and beverage program,” said Managing Director, Michael Czarcinski. “Enhanced with ‘Sounds by Esteban’ both local and in house guests will enjoy a food adventure that enhances the champagne and sparkling wine tasting during their dining event."
The weekly Sunday Urban Food Experience takes place at the hotel's Lakeside Bistro. The Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites is located at 404 S. Figueroa Street in Los Angeles.
