Mainstream Technologies is pleased to announce the hiring of Colby Francis as Support Technician. His responsibilities will include maintaining the Managed Services Help Desk. Additionally, he will serve as a proactive technician, monitoring servers and responding appropriately to possible errors and notifying proper parties to mitigate bigger problems or challenges that may occur.

Colby was most recently self-employed catering to small businesses repairing computers, managing servers, and maintaining IT systems, while completing his college course work. He has a degree from UALR in Systems Engineering with a focus on computers, and a minor in mathematics.
