Health Alliance Plan Ranks Highest in J.D. Power Member Satisfaction Study for Seventh Consecutive Year

Health Alliance Plan (HAP) ranked highest in member satisfaction for the seventh consecutive year, according to the J.D. Power 2014 U.S. Member Health Plan Study.

The study reflects the results of a member survey conducted from December 2013 to January 2014. HAP received a score of 711---higher than any other health plan in Michigan. In addition, HAP excelled in the following study factors:

Now in its eighth year, the J.D. Power 2014 U.S. Member Health Plan Study measures member satisfaction among 138 health plans in 18 regions throughout the United States.
