Chef Villani and his culinary team have crafted an innovative multi-course dinner inspired by the vibrant flavors of the season. From asparagus to rhubarb - to wild foraged ramps, fiddleheads and morel mushrooms, this special chef's menu showcases glorious spring produce when it's at its height in flavor and freshness. Meet the farmer: To make the evening extra special, one of our local farmers will join us, circulating with guests and sharing secrets of spring’s bounty. This multi-course dinner is offered at $49 per person plus tax & gratuity.

Farm-to-Table Summer Dinner Series
Each week in June, Terre à Terre will partner with two to three different local farms to construct a delectable and original three-course meal, available every Wednesday and Thursday evening. Proving that dining doesn’t have to break the bank, we will offer this special three-course dinner, which rotates week to week, at the price of $39 per person. Designed to raise awareness of local foods, the series will enable guests to connect with the farmers, ranchers and food artisans who produce the food they consume. Participating farms and artisans will be announced one week in advance.
