Mr. Reagan served 35 years as a lead lawyer, consultant, and business affairs executive for Paramount, Disney, DreamWorks, MGM, Netflix, and Warner Bros. Mr. Reagan’s legal experience extends across the entire spectrum of motion picture, television, and related businesses, including copyright, guild relations, licensing and acquisition. In particular, Mr. Reagan is broadly conversant with all of the related areas of copyright, rights acquisition, and profit participation agreements, and all forms of distribution, from music licensing, dubbing and subtitling matters, to piracy protection and supply chain issues for physical media. He is accomplished in advising executives, making deals, crafting agreements, managing legal teams and resolving internal employee complaints and external contract disputes to avoid commencement of arbitration or litigation.
