Today it was announced that Kelly Kooser rejoins Robbins Gioia (RG) as Director of Business Development working from RG’s Ohio office. Kooser’s previous 17 years with RG and extensive knowledge of Air Force operations will assist as he supports RG clients to innovate, and become more efficient and effective. “We are extremely pleased to have Kelly rejoin RG,” explains Jessica Shoudel, Robbins Gioia’s Vice President of Defense and Intelligence. “He is an outstanding business leader and will help RG’s Air Force clients move ahead with forward-thinking solutions that address their most critical, current, and relevant project and program needs.”

Kooser has spent more than 23 years working with Air Force operations at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base—one of the largest, most diverse, and organizationally complex bases of this service branch of United States Armed Forces. Most recently, he was responsible for program management oversight of the design, development, and technical refresh of the $300M Global Hawk ground station for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance/Special Operations Force (ISR/SOF) directorate at the base.

Kooser takes on this important role at a time when government budget constraints make his deep experience and passion for client success critical. “I am very pleased to once again be able to help RG clients modernize, protect, and improve lives,” Kooser says. “With expertise and leadership on extremely complex and visible projects of national importance—there is a great need for new ideas, scalable services, and architecturally sound solutions that RG provides.”
