Benji Bananas, the exciting physics-based game developed by Tribeflame and launched by Fingersoft, is available for immediate download to Intel® Atom™ tablets for Android*. With exciting game play and hand-drawn graphics, Benji Bananas is a rollicking ride through dense jungle.

Designed as an entertaining way to blend physics with gameplay, Benji Bananas helps players to better grasp some scientific concepts. Players must use momentum to battle gravity as the monkey propels forward from one vine to the next. Android* tablet users can take advantage of the device’s superior touch-screen capabilities to keep their monkeys aloft in this fast-paced game.

Some unique features include cartoon-like graphics, interactive play and various jungle-themed landscapes like temple ruins and waterfalls. Customization settings allow players to create a unique monkey character; users can select the monkey’s outfits, fit him with a gas mask and choose whether he will swing from a vine or cling to a slithery snake!

To optimize the game for Android*, Tribeflame developers received guidance and assistance from the Intel® Developer Zone.

“We wanted to optimize Benji Bananas for Intel Atom tablets for Android* because these devices offer so many features that enhance the player’s experience,” says Torulf Jernström CEO of Tribeflame. “The responsive touch screen of the Android* tablet enables interactive game play and the high-definition screen makes our cartoon graphics look crisp, bright and engaging.”

To ensure that the game worked seamlessly on Android* devices, Intel engineers provided Tribeflame with code, troubleshooting and other assistance. The result of this partnership is a customizable, engaging and fun game that players can take with them wherever they go.
