Quebec (PRWEB) March 22, 2014
According to a Statistics Canada study performed in 2010, one in four people consider themselves stressed and 60% of them say it is work related. Multi-talented business woman and international renowned leadership speaker Nadine Lajoie is addressing the problem in many corporations around the world.
Next week, Nadine will be speaking at Statistics Canada on March 3rd, 2014, in Ottawa, but all employees will have the opportunity to watch this event live on their desktop, too. She will share tools and strategies from her #1 Best-Seller Book "Win the Race of Life, with Balance and Passion at 180 mph" and discuss the following topics:
▪ Stop being perfectionist, aim for excellence
▪ Build your schedule to have more balance and freedom
▪ Reduce stress with a few simple techniques
▪ Break through your life patterns and roadblocks successfully
"Wellness is a question of balance between life and business and reaching for your dreams. If you stop dreaming, or, if you are feeling stuck in a box, each day you are dying just a little bit more. That was my experience because I wanted to commit suicide at the age of 25, but finally I discovered my 'IN-Power' and decided to live my life at 180 mph," said the ex-champion motorcycle racer and retired financial planner. After that episode, eighteen years ago, she started her firm Lajoie des Finances, Inc. at l'Ile-Perrot, now managed by her vice-president, Patrick Masse.
Featured in USA Today Magazine, on ABC and Fox Television, and named by Focus on Women Magazine "Woman of Impact of the Year 2012", Nadine is also a business mentor and consultant. Nadine recently traveled to South Africa where she had the pleasure to meet the co-founder of Apple, Steve Wozniak. She has also spoke in India, France and all over the USA in the past few years at high-level conferences such as TEDx and CWC, has been interviewed by numerous national media outlets and has been featured in a variety of magazines alongside Oprah, Donald Trump, Zig Ziglar, Tom Hopkins, Jamie Lee Curtis, Les Brown, Stedman Graham, Marianne Williamson, John Gray, JT Foxx, Berny Dohrmann, and Jean Houston.
Nadine is also speaking in Cornwall on March 4-5-6 in front of over 2000 students for a big Youth Symposium- produced, organized, and financed by the Cornwall Community Police Services.
