Duncan Lewis and LawWorks Pro Bono Clinic begins with a successful launch

The Duncan Lewis Pro Bono legal clinic in association with LawWorks began with a successful start on Monday 10th March 2014.

The launch took place of the Legal 500 nominated legal firm’s Cardiff Office at 47 Longcross Court, Newport Road, Cardiff, CF24 OAD from 5pm-7pm.

Attendees commented that the turnout was “fantastic” with members from a number of different Chambers, charities and academics in attendance.

Rebecca Hillsencrath, CEO of LawWorks have a speech in which she expressed her delight in opening the clinic and her pleasure in working once again with Duncan Lewis Solicitors, who she thanked for their support of the charity and the success with their London based Law clinic.

The clinic will now continue to operate on a weekly drop in basis at the Duncan Lewis Cardiff office from 10pm-4pm and will offer pro-bono advice in the areas of family and housing law.
