With continually rapid expansion in the United States and Master Franchise Owners jumping on board around the world, The Growth Coach has brought on seasoned operations executive David Lopez to help steer the ship as the company’s new Director of Operations.

It took us more than a year to find the right person and that person is David. He was a perfect fit for us both from an experience standpoint and from an emotional and leadership standpoint. Lopez, who started his new role in the end of February, left a position as the right-hand-man to a national restaurant chain to join The Growth Coach. He brings 25 years of business experience and six years of service in the U.S. Army’s elite light infantry unit to the team.

Lopez, who grew up in a blue-collar family in Cleveland, just moved to the Cincinnati area from Akron, OH. He has been married to Marie for 11 years and the couple has two children, Anthony and Cecilia. As The Growth Coach’s Director of Operations, he’ll be overseeing the company’s operations budget, working directly with franchise owners and helping to improve revenues among other duties.
