To be crowned the best of the best by a prestigious panel of judges is a fantastic achievement.

Show House, the leading title for the UK housebuilding industry, was crowned Magazine of the Year at the LSL Property Press Awards at a prestigious ceremony in London on Monday night.
Show House, a silver winner last year, went one better to win one of the most highly prized accolades in property journalism, pushing last year's winner Estates Gazette into second.
It was a double triumph for Show House with Roger Hunt, the magazine's sustainability correspondent, retaining his title at Sustainable Property Journalist of the Year for his features in the publication.
The Awards were presented by television newsreader Julia Somerville.
"I am absolutely delighted for all the team at Show House across all the magazine's disciplines. It is a highly competitive category against some legendary property titles with heavyweight industry reputations. To be crowned the best of the best by a prestigious panel of judges is a fantastic achievement. For Roger Hunt to retain his title in the Sustainable category was the icing on the cake on what was a fantastic night, rewarding the very best of UK property journalism," said Rupert Bates, editorial director of Show House. "We will be looking to defend both titles in 2015, when we will be celebrating 20 years of the magazine."
