Community Home Health and Hospice to Beta WorldView’s Integrated Solutions for Homecare Homebase™
Omaha, NE (PRWEB) March 19, 2014 -- CHHH has elected to launch WorldView’s custom scan capture solution. The new solution is designed to work seamlessly with their current Homecare Homebase software. CHHH will be utilizing WorldView® to assist with the processing of their incoming intake and referral form volume of approximately 5,000 documents each month. They currently process intake and referral documents by reviewing and printing each incoming fax. After printing, the files are scan and renamed, manually attaching each document to the corresponding patient record within Homecare Homebase. WorldView will eliminate multiple steps in this process, automating their day-to-day document practices while providing a user-friendly experience. Staff members at CHHH are excited to begin processing incoming faxes without the need to review, print, scan, and attach documentation manually.
“To keep up with our growing census and increase in orders to be processed and attached, we were planning to hire in our Medical Records Department. WorldView can cut processing time and add consistency to current procedures, eliminating our need for additional office staff,” said Wanda Ketcham, CHHH. “WorldView will not only keep us from having to hire, but will allow us to grow our office support without hiring in the future.”
