Global water, wastewater and waste-to-energy solutions provider, RWL Water announces the addition of another key executive. Karim Nasr is appointed RWL Water’s Managing Director of Middle East, FZE, Dubai and joins the Company in March 2014.

Karim Nasr brings 25 years of extensive experience in water treatment and desalination. Since 2005, he has served GE Water & Process Technologies as Products & Systems P&L Manager in the Middle East and Africa. Prior to joining GE Water & Technologies, Nasr built his water background at Siemens Water Technologies (formerly US Filter & Veolia) where he managed global EPC projects in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He built a reputation for executing turnkey water projects, including the design, engineering, procurement, sub-contracting, fabrication, assembly, installation and startup of municipal and industrial water treatment systems. As part of RWL Water, Karim will be responsible for vastly expanding the Company’s footprint in North Africa and in the Middle East, two large focus areas. He will work from the Company’s newly established sales office in Dubai, a central location for business in the Middle East. "Establishing an office in the Middle East is an important and major step for RWL Water and supports the Company's vision to expand and access more markets and countries in need of water treatment solutions," says Nasr.
