King Kullen Celebrates One Year-Anniversary of PriceWise Campaign Launch

King Kullen announces the one year-anniversary of the launch of their PriceWise savings campaign.

It has been one year since King Kullen Grocery Co., Inc. launched its PriceWise savings campaign, offering Long Island grocery shoppers new ways to save. King Kullen is always committed to moving ahead with savings and helping their customers bring their savings back home. Owned and operated by Long Islanders for four generations, King Kullen, Long Island’s own family supermarket, has offered five different ways to save with the PriceWise savings program.

“Over the past year, we have experienced enthusiastic reaction to the PriceWise program, both from long-time customers and those who had not visited our stores for some time,” said King Kullen Co-President Brian Cullen. “I invite all Long Islanders to visit their local King Kullen and see what our company has done to help you bring your savings back home.”

Joseph Brown, King Kullen’s senior vice president and chief merchandising officer, explained that, “King Kullen remains committed to bringing the best products and value to our Long Island customers without sacrificing quality or service.”

Through the PriceWise program, prices have been lowered on thousands of items that matter most to Long Island families. King Kullen has established the following ways to save while grocery shopping:

  •     PriceWise 7 Day Sale: these are traditional week-long promotions, communicated via King Kullen’s weekly sales circular (sent to homes and published each Thursday on
  •     PriceLock: these savings are long-term and locked in for an extended period of time
  •     Hometown Value Everyday: items in this program are priced competitively low, everyday
  •     Insider Savings: these unadvertised specials offer King Kullen shoppers unexpected savings
  •     Blow Out Specials: explosive savings that knock King Kullen customers off their feet

In addition to the PriceWise program, King Kullen is proud to be the only major Long Island supermarket that doubles all coupons, up to and including $1.
