Poptropica’s First Episodic Adventure Unveiled
Boston, Mass. (PRWEB) March 20, 2014 -- Poptropica®, the virtual world for kids, takes its online adventures to a new level with today’s Early Access launch for Poptropica Members of the site’s first episodic quest, “Survival.” The adventure will launch to the public on April 17, 2014.
When players arrive on “Survival,” they will find that they have crash-landed in the woods and are stranded. Each of the episodes presents a different challenge they’ll need to complete to survive. In episode 1, “Crash Landing,” players must build a fire to make it through the cold night. In episode 2, they must catch a fish in order to stave off their hunger. As the future episodes unfurl, however, players will learn that they may not be alone in the wilderness as they thought – and that the fight for survival may become more dangerous than they first realized.
“When kids visit Poptropica’s first episodic quest, they become engaged in another exciting challenge as each new adventure is unveiled,” said Jess M. Brallier, publisher of Poptropica.
Plus, the first episode of “Survival” is coming soon to the recently launched Poptropica App. Available for free download on the App StoreSM, the app brings Poptropica’s unparalleled storytelling to iPad®, giving kids another safe place to play and experience the stories brought to life on Poptropica.
