FrankCrum to Conduct ACA Webinar for Business Owners
Clearwater, FL (PRWEB) March 20, 2014 -- FrankCrum, a pioneer in the professional employer organization industry, will conduct a free webinar, “Business Owners: Are You Ready for Health Care Reform in 2014?” on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at 1 p.m. EDT. FrankCrum’s Human Resources Director David Peasall will guide employers through several aspects of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), including:
• What do employers need to know about the February 2014 Employer Mandate Regulations?
• Is your company considered large or small?
• Do you have to offer health coverage to your employees?
• What is required of employers and business owners in the next two years?
The Act continues to be very dynamic. Several delays and changes have been made – and many Americans, specifically business owners, are struggling to understand what the law means and how it applies to them.
“We want to help our clients and other business owners with all kinds of regulatory compliance issues, and the fluid nature of the Affordable Care Act requires constant monitoring to maintain a current understanding of the legislation,” says Peasall. “We know that business owners are busy these days, and can’t always keep up. Our goal is to help them understand which parts of the ACA apply to them and get down to the bottom line, so they know the steps they need to take.”
Peasall adds that FrankCrum is committed to being a resource for businesses of all sizes when it comes to navigating health care reform and other important human resources issues. The webinar is free and participants will have the opportunity to ask their own questions to better understand the law. Additional webinar sessions will be added monthly based on demand.
