The event will be held on March 22 & 23, 2014 at the International Centre in Toronto, with an expected 600 attendees and other speakers; the largest real estate investment forum in Canada.

The company can evaluate each property, help the investors determine their maximum bid, and then handle the bidding and the acquisition at the foreclosure auction. “One of my companies is a short term bridge loan lender, so we can also handle the financing to acquire the property, as they must be paid in full within 24 hours after the successful bid,” said Rickert.

Rickert is an acknowledged expert in the foreclosure auction, having successfully bid on over 200 properties for himself, as well as over 3000 for his investor clients. In his 15 years in the business, he has created systems and software that identifies the best deals and bidding parameters. He also runs well attended seminars for real estate investors and Realtors where he shows them how to successfully navigate through the foreclosure auction.
