Springbot’s Marketing Platform Helps Fuel Online Revenue for Country Club Prep

Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) March 26, 2014 -- Although overall sales were successful, online retailer Country Club Prep (CCP) found it increasingly difficult to track the results of their online marketing efforts and turned to Springbot, an eCommerce marketing platform provider that helps online stores grow their revenue.

Within a five month period, CCP increased site traffic by 912 percent and saw an increase in revenue by three fold. CCP’s targeted email campaigns exceeded expectations with a 2,294 percent ROI for segmented email campaigns and a 1,886 percent ROI from the trackable links.

In preparation for the 2013 back-to-school and holiday shopping, CCP sought to get a better grasp on which marketing activities were delivering the best value. CCP partnered with Springbot to help understand this and refocus its marketing strategy based on that knowledge.

After CCP connected its eCommerce store to Springbot’s Big Data enginemarketing platform, Springbot analyzed CCP’s marketing data and customer demographics. Using predictive analytics, Springbot then recommended a new strategy with specific actions to boost CCP’s short and long-term marketing efforts.

The recommended plan was simple with three key steps. First, automate the process for abandoned shopping cart retargeting to increase site traffic. Second, create targeted emails based on customer demographics. Finally, implement trackable links for insights on which products posted on social sites generate both traffic and dollars. With a set game plan, CCP exceeded expectations across all metrics and is prepped for success in the future.
