- Paid subsidies to the Home Owners Association, which allowed Club amenities to continue to operate at a high level throughout the downturn
- Invested substantially in the Community Development District (CDD) to make sure the community’s landscaping, security and infrastructure were maintained at a superior level
- Offered compelling value proposition to bring quality homebuilders into the community and restart homebuilding activity in early 2013
- Successfully purchased and restructured CDD debt that existed from the prior cycle, which will enhance future development in the community

Four on-site national and area homebuilders are partnering with Hayman Woods in Connerton: Ryland Homes, M/I Homes, Taylor Morrison and Homes by WestBay. These builders have a total of six furnished models available for viewing by new homebuyers, who, to date, have been a mix of young families as well as empty nesters and early retirees.
Ryland Homes builds homes on 55-foot home sites, ranging from 1,481 to 2,271 square feet and priced from $191,990 to $240,990.
M/I Homes builds homes on 65-foot home sites, ranging from 2,164 to 3,111 square feet and priced from $247,990 to $285,990.
Taylor Morrison builds homes on 55 and 65-foot home sites, ranging from 1,768 to 4,367 square feet and priced from $212,900 to $321,900.
Homes by WestBay builds homes on 75 and 90-foot home sites, ranging from 2,306 to 6,331 square feet and priced from $289,990 to $524,990.
