New Indie Bookstore, "Blue Frog Books", kicks off their event schedule by hosting local, debuting, young adult author, M. G. Buehrlen of: "The 57 Lives of Alex Wayfare". Book Signing and Meet & Greet on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 2pm.

Blue Frog Books is also very pleased to announce their 1st "Meet the Author" event! Featuring: Local, Young Adult Author, M. G. Buehrlen. Ms. Buehrlen has written a wonderfully witty and clever Young Adult novel, "The 57 Lives of Alex Wayfare". This is her debut novel, and she already has more in the works. Since opening day in February 2014, "Blue Frog Books" has had hundreds of people stop in to check out their terrific selection of books for all ages and ranges of interests. Patrons are excited to learn about the many unique photo services provided; and everyone is getting excited about the upcoming Book Signings, Story Hours, Poetry Nights and other events that are sure to create a local community hot spot. Blue Frog is slating itself to be the fun and comfortable local hangout to enjoy the arts of writing, poetry, photography, music and more.

Story Time, a regular free weekly event, takes place every Sunday @ 1:00 pm. Each week a fresh and exciting new story is read, and afterwards the kids can enjoy a snack and caregivers can treat themselves to a coffee and relax in our creative space while the kids color a page from the week's featured book. All Ages are welcome to Join the FUN! Come out & See what "Blue Frog" is all about.

Calling all local artists. Are you looking for some place to perform? Blue Frog Books is excited to announce their 1st Open Poetry Night. Mark your calenders. Friday, April 25th, 7:00-9:00 pm.
